How to become a Vale Volunteer
There are two ways to be a Vale Volunteer: seek out a Vale Volunteers Network in your region or register at the Vale Volunteers Portal. Ideally you should do both. Seeking out the Network you find out about activities developed by the respective Volunteering Committee. Registering at the Portal, you can have an individual blog through which you can contact other volunteers without intermediation: you can suggest actions and seek volunteers for it or show what you would like to do and make yourself available for those seeking volunteers.
Vale bases itself on the idea that a company is, ultimately, an expression of what the people who work there think and act. That is why it considers the volunteering of employees as something strategically valuable in its social responsibility.
